Mr. Arun Gathoria, a FRAUD & a CHEAT, beware of him in money matters.
Past 10
years we have helped him with money, time, goods, web site publicity, stay in
our home, video
making etc. When we asked him to give daily report of certain matter, he stopped
talking to us since 18.11.09 despite our several phone calls, SMSs and e-mails.
Is it our fault to help him? Such persons are dangerous for the society. They
must be dealt with toughly by social outcast and ultimately with legal action.
We are still giving him sufficient time to come to us to accept his mistakes.
Will you please ring him at his mobile no 09300299908 and tell him that his this
behaviour is highly objectionable in human society?
On account of his continued silence as may
be seen from following daily record, we have been forced to initiate legal
action. We have given sufficient warnings and opportunities but he is not
bothered. We shall continue our efforts,
A time will come when he will be forced to
appear before court or police. That will be a very sad day but we have no
option.

Singh informed him even then he did not ring. The conclusion that we shall now
not help any needy person on account of such behaviour of Arun Gathoria who has
forgotten all help which he got from us such as mobile phone, visiting card, web
site loading, money given on several occasion, the levitron purchased and given
to him, huge amount given to him recently etc.

Gathoria and will inform to us.

talked to Arun Gathoria asking him to give a ring to us. Despite this he did not

Shyam Singh rang us stating that he got about 25 calls on account of change in
his web site. We asked him to contact Arun asking him to contact us.

Desite above and reminders through Snehshri and Shyam Singh, Arun Gathoria
continued to keep silence.

(1) Since
there was no response to phone calls, SMSs and mails, we have sent the following
SMS:-
"Pl.
visit ur web page on my web site, contact immediately otherwise no option but to
report matter to police"
(2) An
e-mail was also sent giving copy of this web page.
(3) Our
representative also visited his residence at Jabalpur, it was found that he was
also not available.
(4) Several
times in the day we tried, it was found that either the phone was not available
or switched off.
(5) With
all the efforts, it comes to that he has determined not to contact us. We never
thought that he would be such an ungrateful person as we helped him a lot
financially, giving time for his videos, time for web site etc.
(6) It is
certain that he is switching off the phone intentionally, he is not replying to
SMSs and e-mails past 11 days. We have recorded several earlier conversations
when he promised to ring daily.
(7) Now
we have come to conclusions that the people should be careful about him as one
may not know as to when he may change colour. Most unreliable, most ungrateful
and most dishonest.

Made several calls, either the phone was not available or switched off.
Once it was ringing and after several calls, it was switched off. This shows
that he purposely switched off the phone. Anybody having such experience may

SMS and a mail was sent to him but no response. One of the SMSs was as

the phone was not available or switched off. Once it was ringing and after
several calls, it was switched off. This shows that he purposely switched off
the phone. Anybody having such experience may please ring to us at 09302103689.

There is no
response to SMSs or no reply to the mail sent.

This shows that
how he behaved i.e. when he needed help he will come, behave sweetly and once
the work is over, he will not respond. We have to be very careful about such
person. Others should not become victim of such behaviour.

We will try
continuously today whenever I get time.
(5)
This daily update
will continue, till he meets us so that all this will be read aloud and talk
with him will be recorded and put on this web page.

(1) Mr. Arun Gathoria is not responding to our phone calls since
18.11.09. who so ever finds him, he should ask him to ring back immediately. We
shall publish daily report here.
(2) He is keeping his mobile phone switched off. Sometimes
his phone is working, if you ring him, he will not respond and then switches off
his phone.
(3) We have sent several SMSs since 18th, but he has not
responded to any of our SMS. Some of the messages are as under:-
(a) "Since 18th I
am unable to get U, is this the way U are dealing?
(b) " U are not
responding, recall help for money, website, mobile, visiting card, toy, video,
stay for which U can't make a phone call, most ungrateful"
(c) "Intentionally
U are keeping phone switched off, I never thought U can stoop so low"
(4) On account of his behaviour, we had no option but to
delete his material on this page and instead publish this report.
(5) This daily report will continue till he contacts us.
History of the Case
Arun Gathoria put up a proposal
for investment to one of our friends in respect of antique items. The required
amount was given to Mr. Gathoria with specific instructions that the security of
the said amount was most important rather than earnings. He was asked to keep us
informed on daily basis.
On 30.09.09, there was a report
at page 2 of Dainik Bhaskar. Mr. Gathoria was immediately informed to report the
matter to police. But he declined and dragged on the matter. There were further
reports on 13.10.09 and 26.10.09. Mr. Gathoria was making new and new promises
and ultimately said the refund will be finally made on 10.11.09. Since he failed
so he was asked to make daily report on phone. Since he was not making such
reports we were making the calls and recording the same. Our intention that if
the matter is reported to Police, not only the amount will be recovered, the
gang will be caught and other victims will be saved. This will also save Mr.
Gathoria.
After 18.11.09, he started
avoiding our telephone calls and the above daily records will give the complete
happenings.
